Exchanges and Returns

Beginning 6/15/22 we offer FREE exchanges for up to 30 days & FREE returns for orders of $115 or more for up 21 days on eligible domestically shipped merchandise. Any order placed before this date will still incur a $10 handling fee for the first item and $5 for each additional item returned. International returns can also be accepted with customer paid return labels. Returned/exchanged shoes may not be worn, altered or show damage of any kind - NO EXCEPTIONS

If your order was less than $115 a return fee of $10 for shipping & processing of your item is deducted from your refund. Final Sale are not returnable; Items marked as Exchange Only are exchangeable for any style.

Jon Josef is not obligated to refund customers for any merchandise that does not meet our Return Policy. Compensation (if any) is at the sole discretion of Jonjosef.com and may only be in the form of a store credit.

Worn or damaged merchandise is not refundable nor exchangeable. We photograph any returned merchandise that has imperfections, including: scratches and other markings and/or that have the appearance of being worn. Jon Josef holds no responsibility for returning worn or damaged merchandise to customers. If such merchandise can be returned, a fee will apply.

We provide pre-paid shipping labels for all exchanges and returns. Exchanges are FREE. Returns are also FREE on eligible items on orders of $115 or more. Returns on orders placed before 6/15/22 incur a fee of $10 for the first item and $5 for each additional item returned.

We suggest re-using the shipping box your shoes arrived in and ensuring that your shoes are packed securely.

Yes, it's easy through our online exchange and returns portal Just start here to obtain a pre-paid shipping label and request an exchange. If you're having trouble Customer Service team is here to help you. Just email us or call 800-972-5003 to obtain your shipping label and return authorization. 

Your exchange is mailed as soon as your item is scanned by the carrier. The sooner you return your first pair the sooner you get your next! Jon Josef is not able to guarantee your item will still be in stock at the time your exchange is fully processed. To ensure you get your pair, we kindly ask that you return your item quickly.

Missing shoe boxes or use of a shoe box to return an item will incur an additional fee of $10 for special handling.

Sizing and Shoe Care

Our shoes fit true to size. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing up a half size. See our size chart and how to measure your foot. Still not sure? Our customer service team is also here to help!  Just email us or call 800-972-5003.

Our newest Gatsbys are free of leather linings and have a new padded insole.  

Some of our leather soled merchandise has this wrap to protect the leather sole as you try them on. Keeping your shoes? The wrap can be easily removed by peeling it off starting at one of its edges.

Shipping

Standard shipping with UPS is FREE on all orders of $115 or more. Orders below $115 have a shipping fee of 10.95.

We also offer expedited shipping with UPS 2nd Day Air at $40/shoe and $60/boot or UPS Overnight. for $60/shoe and $90/boot.

Please note UPS does not offer weekend delivery service on expedited shipping.

We offer shipping protection on all orders which protects you against loss, damage, or theft of your merchandise for a flat rate of 2% of your items total. Shipping protection is not required and you can deselect this service however we will no longer be liable for lost, stolen or items damaged in transit.

All contiguous U.S orders are estimated to arrive within 4-7 business days order placement. Orders are processed weekedays and shipped from our warehouse in Miami.

Holidays sometimes mean we might not ship on a weekday. Email us if you have a shipping question or if it's been more than 1.5 weeks since your order was placed and your shoes still haven't arrived. 

These are unusual times and though not as frequent as last year, occasionally U.S. carriers are still experiencing delays due to COVID-19. We kindly ask you take this into consideration if you need your shoes in time for a special occasion – we do offer expedited shipping options.

We apologize but we are not issuing refunds for delays in shipping during this time.

Our warehouse continues to process orders within 2-business days of receipt of your order. However on occasion carrier delays have impacted the speed of a few of our orders and carriers are no longer guaranteeing deliveries We're sorry about this and wish there was something we could do except to ask you to wait up to 2.5 weeks for your package to arrive when you select free shippping.

We offer expedited shipping options from UPS: 2nd Day air costs $30 per pair of shoes and $60 per pair of boots. Overnight is $60 per pair of shoes and $90 per pair of boots. Expedited orders placed before noon EST will be processed the same day. Expedited shipping does not arrive on Saturdays or Sundays.

We ship outside the Contiguous U.S. via UPS standard delivery for a Flat Rate of $25 per order.

We offer three shipping options to our international customers. USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International. Shipping fees vary and are calculated as you check out. It’s difficult to predict the exact timing of your shipment because customs occasionally holds merchandise. Orders do not include international taxes or duties so depending where you live, you may be responsible for these fees.

Orders

We process orders as quickly as we can, but we might be able to update your shipping address, remove an item or even cancel an order. For fastest service Mon – Fri just call 800-972-5003 between 10:30 AM and 5PM EST and we will see what we can do. Weekends and holidays email us and put Change or Cancel Order in the subject line of your email.

There’s a time and purpose to all our offers for our customers, we are unable to apply discount codes to a previous purchase.

Our customers might occasionally see more than one discount for our shoes, but only one discount code can be applied per order.

Some merchandise can be ordered in advance of its immediate availability. Look for a button that says Pre-Order when you select your size. An availability date that is the anticipated ship date will pop up. Please note that order confirmations from Pre-Orders will not show your item is on pre-order but our internal systems keep your records current and your item will ship as soon as its available.

ZIP is a pay later system that gives you the choice to pay for your purchase via 4 simple installments using a credit card or debit card. ZIP automatically splits the purchase amount into 4 payments over 6 weeks, every two weeks. Only US customers are eligible to use ZIP.
