How to Return & Exchange
We offer FREE EXCHANGES on eligible items for up to 30-days and EASY RETURNS for a nominal fee of $8.50 for up to 21-days.Eligible return window is based on merchandise ship date. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable. Items marked as Exchange Only are eligible for an exchange for the same or any other style.
We recommend re-using the original shipping box your shoes arrived in to send back merchandise. Don’t still have your shipping box – no problem!
Pre-paid shipping labels are provided to all our customers.
