How to Return & Exchange

We offer free exchanges and easy returns within 30-days of purchase for eligible items in their original, unworn condition.  If your item is marked as Exchange Only, it's eligible for an exchange for any style. Items marked as Final Sale are not returnable. 

We recommend re-using the original shipping box your shoes arrived in to send back merchandise. Don’t still have your shipping box – no problem!

Pre-paid shipping labels are provided to all our customers.

If your item is a pre-ordered item and it's 30-days past your order date please reach out to Customer Service who will help you with your return/exchange request.
