SHIPPING

All U.S Orders ship via UPS and in most cases customers receive their shoes within one week of order placement. For more detailed information on how your order is processed and our shipping options including International Shipping read on!

Standard orders are estimated to arrive within 3-6 business days after your shoes have shipped on orders which have UPS GROUND FREE or UPS FLAT RATE shipping at checkout. Standard orders are processed weekdays within 1-business day of order placement.

We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout. See below for more information regarding expedited and international shipping options, and for orders which ship outside the contiguous U.S.

 

Contiguous U.S.

FREE SHIPPING

Standard shipping with UPS is FREE on all orders of $115 or more. Orders below $115 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $10.95.

UPS 2nd DAY

UPS 2nd Day Air costs $40 per item for shoes and $60 for boots/booties. Your shoes will arrive within 2 business days. 

UPS OVERNIGHT

UPS Overnight costs $60 per item for shoes and $90 for boots/booties. Your shoes will arrive within 1 business day. 

Please note: UPS 2nd Day and Overnight orders placed before noon EST are processed that day. UPS does not offer weekend deliveries. We do not process orders on most U.S national holidays. If you have questions about when your expedited order will ship, please contact Customer Service.

Outside the Contiguous U.S

We ship outside the Contiguous U.S via UPS standard delivery for a flat rate of $25.00 per order.

International Shipping

We offer three shipping options to our international customers: USPS First Class Package International, USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International. Cost for shipping varies by destination and in some cases, you may be charged duty on your item. For more information on International Shipping, check out our FAQ page.

Shipping Protection 

We offer shipping protection for damage, loss or theft of your items while in transit for 2% of your items value. Customers have an option to deselect this service, however we will not be liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
