All U.S Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Most customers receive their shoes within one week of order placement. USPS Priority Mail is FREE on orders of $115 or more. Standard orders are processed weekdays within 1-2 business days of order placement.

Standard USPS Priority Mail is FREE on all orders of $115 or more. Orders below $115 incur a flat rate shipping fee of $12.50.
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air costs $40 per item for shoes and $60 for boots/booties. Your shoes will arrive within 2 business days.
UPS Next Day Air
UPS Next Day Air costs $60 per item for shoes and $90 for boots/booties. Your shoes will arrive within 1 business day.
Please note: UPS 2nd and Next Day Air orders placed before 11AM EST are processed that day. We do not process orders on most U.S national holidays. If you have questions about when your expedited order will ship, please contact Customer Service.
Outside the Contiguous U.S
We ship outside the Contiguous U.S via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $25.00 per order. Note that items may take more than 3-mailing days to arrive due to destination.
We offer DHL Express Shipping International Service to our international customers. General delivery times for DHL Express International Service range from 4 to 10 business days depending on destination. Cost for varies by destination and in some cases, you may be charged duty on your item. For more information on International Shipping, check out our FAQ page.
We offer shipping protection on domestic orders for damage, loss or theft of your items while in transit. Protection fee is $3-$5 per order depending on order amount. Customers have an option to opt-out of this service. However, we highly recommend taking advantage of our shipping protection service as we will not liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages on orders in which shipping protection is not chosen. Customers in this case assume risk on their orders and will not be compensated.
